Before acquiring our services client has to sign a service contract form. By mutual agreement the terms of the contract are as Follows: 

SPECIAL CONTRACTED AUTHORITY LETTER FOR LEASE/SALES OF HOTELS/COTTAGE.

We hereby appoint Mr. Ram Dass as my CONTRACTED AUTHORISED Persons to REPRESENT and ACT:
To do all things necessary to search, discuss, procure documents and information towards sole objective of Buying/Selling/Leasing of a Land/Orchard/Hotel/ Cottage
named ____________________________ situated at ___________________________

Herein by CONTRACTED AUTHORITY LETTER, the commission agreed is 2% of the total cost of the property for sale/one month's Rental for Lease, for the support given by Mr. Ram Dass. The Consultancy Fee shall be paid in accordance with the payment schedule given below:
- 50% of the Fee Shall be payable upon signing of letter of Intent (LOI) / At the time of Token Payment.
- 50% (full & Final) of the fees shall be payable upon Lease Agreement of the property.
We will be liable to pay commission to Mr Ram Dass, if we Buy/Sell/Lease and hotels introduced by Mr. Ram Dass within next 365 days. We will honour the information of the hotel being shared by him on emails or Whats App to us.
If not buying / leasing a hotel / land or any other property. We are liable to pay Mr Ram Dass an amount of Rs. 5,000 (Five thousand only) per day for his time, effort and work spent for us.
This deal is for a period of 1 Year and it expires on completion of 365 th day at midnight or on agreed successful completion of the purchase of the hotel for us whichever is earlier.
